Abstract
In order to understand variation characteristics of the rotation angle and angular velocity of main joints of lower limbs during walking on a treadmill, the comparative analysis is made with the hip, knee and ankle joints rotation angle and angular velocity data of 20 healthy young men when walking on ground and treadmill. The common and difference between the two are summarized and mathematical models are established by curve fitting. These conclusions have certain application value and scientific significance in the fields of rehabilitation, astronaut training and sports research.
