Abstract

The variable rate technology of the large-scale irrigation system is the main research content of precision agriculture, how to monitor and control the speed and direction of irrigation machinery walking in the field is of great significance. In this paper,we specially discuss the methods about accurate GPS positioning and agricultural machinery stance mearurement. We bring up a measurement technology using wavelet as filter to GPS carrier-phase, Moves - moving the differential GPS signal processing method that is specially designated application's object for agricultural machinery, it chiefly solves the technology problem of high precision position for two mono-device, by means of the way of optimum time and accuracy realizing the purpose of agricultural machinery GPS navigation in high precision position with low cost. Summarize how to use the low cost GPS-OEM board to develop the special-purpose positioning and navigation system for precision agriculture. To the issue of the automatic variables control of large-scale linear irrigation system, we introduce the association navigation systems of Jupiter GPS and the positioning method, and we test and verify this method through the field. This technology can be widely applied in all kinds of situations of precision agriculture to localize and navigate, and it has certain practical value.
