Results The average score of exercise self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes was (52.42 ± 18.30) (a range of average score is 0 ~ 100). There was significantly positive relationship between exercise self-efficacy and the time of physical exercise (r =0. 415, P <0. 01) ; there was significantly positive relationship between exercise serf-efficacy and the energy expenditure of physical exercise (r = 0. 452, P < 0. 01). The higher the patients' exercise self-efficacy, the more the time of physical exercise, the more the energy expenditure of physical exercise.
