Abstract

There are many methods and types in the plastic processing of metal material. Even though plastic processing is not processed accurately compared to cutting, the productivity per unit of time is higher and plastic processing can improve the mechanical properties. Therefore, we need the development of the accurate manufacturing machinery and high performance machinery suitable for the forming force of the production parts. According to the result of crank shaft, the stress and displacement is lower when the materials are heated.. According to the maximum stress value by the angle stress value when the connecting rod angle is 6.33°, the highest reaction force value appeared the lowest. We designed the hardness to be suitable for the machining ability and parts applied with stress and displacement by structural analysis of main power transmission device, crank shaft, and connecting. The cam was designed by analyzing cam’s motion curve for the accurate feed control of operating part ram. pressing force during the cutting material was 5.6kgf and total pressure was 85.9kgf spent for the upsetting material. The trimming processing pressure was 12.9kgf and total pressure spent for manufacturing the head of the bolt was 12.9kgf. Crank shaft torque was 4,244 kg·m and occurrence distance of the nominal pressure was 8mm.
