Abstract
盗難自動車の窃取者による運転（泥棒運転）で事故が生じた場合に，窃取者のみならず車両所有者が被害者に賠償責任を負うことがある。車両窃取者が事故後行方不明となったり十分な資力がない等の事情から，被害者にとって車両所有者が被害者に賠償責任を負うか否かは重要な関心事となる。
