Abstract
目的 制备低刺激辣椒碱凝胶.方法 通过热板法镇痛试验、耳廓二甲苯致炎实验和皮肤刺激性实验,观察所制备的低刺激辣椒碱水剂对小鼠镇痛、消炎作用及其对家兔皮肤的刺激性.结果 发现该凝胶能有效减轻小鼠痛阀(P<0.05)和炎症(P<0.01),并具有低刺激性.结论 根据实验结果发现,该制剂既能保持辣椒碱的生物学活性,又能有效降低辣椒碱治疗过程中的刺激作用,可提高了该类凝胶在实际使用中的效果。
