Abstract

The study conducted measured the impact of digital competence and innovative creativity on the career adaptability of university graduates. With the use of quantitative methods based on data collected from March 2023 to April 2023 of 240 students of 10 economic universities in Hanoi who graduated in 2021-2022 are working in Vietnamese organizations and enterprises for less than a year, the results revealed that digital competence and innovative creativity significantly influenced the career adaptability of university graduates. Based on these findings, the study proposed several specific policy implications for the training and development of the current university-educated workforce.
