Abstract
AMAC: Erzurum Il’inde yatili bir ortaokuldaki ogrencilerin temizlik ve hijyen algilarini saptamak amaciyla tanimlayici olarak yapilmistir. YONTEMLER: Calismanin evrenini Erzurum Ilica Yavuz Selim Yatili Ilkogretim Ortaokulu ogrencilerden 267 ogrenci olusturmus, orneklem secimine gidilmeden evrenin tamami calisma kapsamina alinmistir. Calismanin verileri arastirmacilar tarafindan literatur dogrultusunda hazirlanan Bilgi Formu ve Temizlik ve Hijyen Olcegi (THO) ile toplanmistir. BULGULAR: Farkli siniflardaki ogrenciler arasinda temizlik ve hijyen algisi bakimindan anlamli farklilik olmadigi saptanmistir. Ogrenciler, kendi kisisel temizlik ve bakimlarini yeterli duzeyde yaptiklari algisina sahip olmalarina karsilik ( X=17.34), okul cevresinin temizligini diger boyutlarin temizligine gore biraz daha dusuk algilamaktadirlar ( X=9.52). SONUC: Ortaokul ogrencilerinin temizlik ve hijyen algilarinin yuksek duzeyde oldugu, kiz ogrenciler ile erkek ogrencilerin temizlik ve hijyen algilarinda fark olmadigi, ayni bolgenin cocuklari olmasi nedeniyle ogrenim sekli ve sosyoekonomik acidan temizlik ve hijyen algilarinda bir farklilik olmadigi sonuclarina ulasilmistir.
