Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the concept of topological ?-semihypergroups as a generalization of topological semihypergroups and topological semigroups. Also, we present the new connection between topological ?-semihypergroups and topological semihypergroups by a special equivalence relation. Moreover, we define and consider quotient maps and homomorphisms on topological ?-semihypergroups.
