Abstract

SUMMARYThe effect of the pulsed current regimes on electrodeposited Ni-P films has been studied. The forming of amorphous and microcrystalline structure has been found to be essentially affected by non-equilibrium crystallisation conditions caused by the value and rate of changing of cathode supersaturation during the pulsed electrodeposition.
