Abstract

Structures and properties of distribution networks in large cities are considered. Analysis of the operation and emergency-management principles used in distribution networks is presented. The advantages of the distributed structure of emergency-management systems are shown, and the principles of preliminary calculation of control actions for transitional and postaccident operation control of power systems are proposed. Ways to carry out a stable transition from prefault to short-term static operation of power system by predetermined rotors trajectories are proposed.
