Abstract

The structures of all-pass matrices that satisfy two-sided interpolation requirements are studied. The all-pass matrices considered are permitted to have right-half plane (RHP) poles less than some specified number. This is an extension of the inner interpolation problem where no RHP poles are permitted. The results parallel the inner case via inertia of the two-sided generalized Pick matrix. >
