Abstract

This paper based on ANSYS Workbench software, the method of fluid-structure interaction analysis about propeller of wheel-propeller integrated amphibious robot was presented. The CFX fluid calculation results were taken as loads exerted on the propeller and the corresponding stress at nodes between fluid and structure were exerted on the FE model of the structure. Finally, the calculation method of one-way coupling and further structure analysis of the propeller was completed. At last, the calculation results indicate that the propeller of the amphibious robot can meet the engineering requirements. The results provide favorable basis for the optimal design of propeller.
