Abstract
The principle of a fast signal processing technique to be added on a scanning electron microscope devoted to electron beam testing is presented. It results from a computer controlled Phase Selective Voltage Contrast system using the blanked beam operation. Performances and experimental results are reported, it is shown that fast real time signal processing differential imaging becomes consistent with present e-beam testing equipment.
