Abstract
Last year was a blur for many of us. Whether leading a provider organization with nurses or a college of faculty and students, or while worrying about the health and safety of immediate and extended family members, we each experienced the pandemic in different ways. Like many of you, I turned to my nurse leader colleagues for support, inspiration, commiseration, and laughter during a difficult year. I am not sure how I would have made it through the pandemic without my network of colleagues, such as a small group of Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Executive Nurse Fellows.
