Abstract
It will look for the strategic theory of the Directorate of Sports Activity and Kafawi in the Directorate of Education Salahuddin, in light of the variables of character (teachers, teachers) and geographical location, years of service.Seeking a range of philosophies (school, district, and district) and between (age groups).The researcher used the descriptive method - the survey method - in search of your school teachers and the school of physical education in the Directorate of Education Salah al-Din, the number (30) were selected sample size (10) sample sample exploratory experiment, and then another sample of (20) The main research, number (30).The researcher used the strategic viewfinder as a key tool for data collection. . . Using statistical pouch (spss), the data was processed and the results were presented.In the light of the results of the research, the researcher reached some conclusions that the Directorate of Sports Activity and Scouts in the Directorate General of Education Salahuddin, does not have a strategic vision from the point of view of teachers and teachers of physical education. The results did not indicate a difference in the opinion of the research sample in the strategic vision.
