Abstract

Academic studies and research in the fields of politics and international economics have dealt with the issue of the International Monetary Fund since its inception through all the historical stages that it has gone through with study and detail, and between supporters and opponents of the Fund's policies and their positive and negative effects on the reality of countries. It is possible to identify the most important obstacles and restrictions that countries were exposed to while trying to benefit from Loans, financial contributions and crisis management mechanisms provided by the fund to member states. Because the fund has become an international institution influencing the international system as a great economic power, no country can ignore its direct effects, whether negative or positive, on its economy and policy. Through the research, an attempt is made to solve the research problem that stems from the question (How can member states of the International Monetary Fund benefit from its privileges while bypassing the economic problems and obstacles surrounding its conditions) and in order to find logical academic solutions to this problem, the following hypothesis is presented for discussion through the research paragraphs (The presence of a direct impact of the IMF's policies on international politics and its ability to control global decision-making). In order to prove the hypothesis, a set of scientific research methods have been adopted, the most important of which are the analytical method, the descriptive method, the comparative approach and the historical method.
