Abstract

This work seeks to identify the starting phase of the concept of Crowdfunding taking as reference the strategic alliance and through a literature research. This research paper presents the various problems facing the speakers at the launch of a new project that is the case for conventional strategic alliance. Through the early courses of funding an innovative project, this work focused on the actors of a platform for Crowdfunding (creators and donors) and the elements of success for their participation. The present work shows how the different parts react to a relationship problem and a cultural problem when starting a Crowdfunding. And what are the conditions for the success of this alliance by acting on an online platform. This research calls attention to different contractors and project designers to ensure the realization of their ideas by using new technology.
