Through literature research combined with investigation and analysis, the relationship between the themes was further determined. It is found that stimuli can significantly affect the formation of cognitive concepts, thus changing individual learning and decision-making. And further research shows that different kinds of stimuli have a great degree of difference in the change of cognitive structure. Finally, based on this research, this paper analyzes how to solve the existing social problems.
