Abstract
Research of process of formation of Institute of state-private partnership (SPP) and mechanisms of its implementation are valuable to the state and private business. Important and relevant is the search of ways of increase of efficiency of development of the Institute of SPP in Kyrgyzstan. The authors of this article conducted a study of the historical conditions and prerequisites for the formation of PPP and implementation of social projects considered the economic and political components.
