Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the specific features of uterine blood flow during adenomyosis to select appropriate treatment. 59 women were observed, among whom 49 suffered adenomyosis and 10 were healthy. Out of the 49 women in 34 was confirmed adenomyosis II–III degree of postoperative morphological studies, and in 15 patients — first degree adenomyosis after biopsy. In patients with first grade adenomyosis observed low-resistant uterine blood flow. However, in patients with adenomyosis II–III degree — high-resistant blood flow in uterine arteries and in vessels of the myometrium.
