Abstract

Results of investigation of the state of immunity in non-pregnant women with chronic inflammatory disease of genitals were presented in the article. Obtained data suggest that changes in the state of local immunity of cervix such as insufficient synthesis of local secretory component lysozyme occur in case of genitals diseases. The depression of anti-infective defense due to deficiency of lysozyme and violation of the permeability of the mucous membrane of cervix and vagina take place on local level in women with chronic inflammatory disease of genitals.
