Abstract
Biogenic monoamines metabolism and activity of oxidative deamination and their prognostic significance were investigated in patients with gastrocarcinogenesis. Investigation showed dynamic changes in serum levels of biogenic monoamines and activity of platelet MAO-B. Serum dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, DOPA levels decreased, respectively, for II, III and IV stages of gastric cancer. An increase of serotonin and monoamine oxidase activity was observed. Analysis of obtained data showed inhibition of ergotropic body functions, activation of trophotropic processes and processes of biogenic amines deamination were observed in gastric cancer, which might be one of the major reasons for the accumulation of serum ammonia, aldehydes and peroxides-oxidizing agents and endotoxins.

Причинами такої динаміки вмісту медіаторів у сироватці крові може бути пригнічення синтезу попередника (ДОФА) і катехоламінів, підвищення їх екскреції із сечею та активація процесів депонування моноамінів у синаптичних структурах нервової системи [5]

Стадіювання гастроканцерогенезу супроводжується підвищенням у сироватці крові ферментів дезамінування, а також вмісту в крові і сечі моноаміну – серотоніну, що слугує важливим показником мобілізації захисно-пристосувальних механізмів, спрямованих на відновлення втрачених функцій під впливом розвитку пухлинного процесу і віддзеркалює активацію трофотропної функції організму
Summary
Знижувалися в сироватці крові дофамін, адреналін, норадреналін, ДОФА, відповідно при ІІ, ІІІ і ІV стадіях пухлинного процесу. Програма дослідження передбачала визначення в сироватці крові активності МАО-В та вмісту дофаміну, серотоніну, адреналіну, норадреналіну і ДОФА. Результати дослідження показали динамічні зміни вмісту в сироватці крові біогенних моноамінів і активності тромбоцитарної МАО-В.
