Abstract Explicit expressions for the square of the radial integral associated with the dipole oscillator strengths for transitions in hydrogen atoms in their 3(s, p, or d) and 4(s, p, d, orJ) states are obtained from Gordon's general formula. Numerical values of the square of the radial integrals are tabulated for 10 < 60. The radial integrals are asymptotically expanded to order to facilitate calculations for large n.
