Abstract

Records of spotted bats from Utah are reviewed. Three lactating females and one adult male Euderma maculatum were mist netted after midnight at a waterhole in Garfield County, Utah, from 10 to 18 August 1964. The collecting site is described, associated bat species are mentioned and behavior and habits of Euderma are discussed. Two stomachs contained 100% small moths lacking heads, legs and wings.
