Abstract

We have begun to construct the spin polarized slow positron beam. Our system is composed of the electrostatic lens, the Wien filter and the detector. Reemitted spin-polarized slow-positron spectroscopy is proposed for studying magnetic materials. We have evaluated the depolarized positron fractions versus the incident energy in a thin Fe film and Cu Fe multilayers.
