Abstract

Aim: The aim is to discuss the diagnosis and classification of Goldenhar syndrome alongwith different surgical management for correction of facial asymmetry in four patients. Patients and methods: In this case series, four patients with Goldenhar syndrome, Grade I (one patient), Grade II (two patients) and Grade III (one patient) were included. One patient (Grade II) was treated with mandibular distraction by horizontal mandibular ramal osteotomy. The correction of maxillary occlusal cant and augmentation of angle region was done using iliac crest graft and augmentation of body region using Medpor implant.
