Abstract
The major advances in medicine, in particular pharmacotherapy or medical technology and devices, have not improved condition of cardiovascular disease. Objective: the ways to improve the quality of patient care and decrease the number of patients with CVD is to improve cooperation from the perspective of the health care provider – patient – health care provider. Own text: the communication of the medical staff with the patient without mistakes. Conclusion: effective communication between the patient and the medical staff has a great impact on patient satisfaction.
