Abstract

AbstractThis chapter explores the educational policy for special children in China. Special education policy plays an important role in guiding the development of special education. This paper focuses on the education policy of special children and holds the special education policy after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China through literature analysis, policy text analysis, and executive data analysis. Results show that special education in China is getting more and more national attention, followed in the special education school and mutual support the development of special education, the integration of education and inclusive education increasingly development, but there are studied along with the class teaching quality is not high, lack of special education teachers, special children’s future and we also put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
