AbstractThe reactivity of organozincs could be enhanced dramatically under solvent‐free conditions. Allylzinc bromide can react rapidly with aldehydes and ketones to give homoallylic alcohols in high yields in the absence of a catalyst under solvent‐free conditions in an open atmosphere at room temperature.
