Pearce, D.L., Peters, C.J. and de Swaan Arons, J., 1994. The solubility of decane in a mixture of methane and nitrogen. Fluid Phase Equilibria, 97: 61-66. This paper reports the measured solubilities of decane in a mixture of methane (85 mol%) and nitrogen (15 mol%) at temperatures between 263 and 311 K and at pressures up to 10 MPa. The decane concentrations varied between mole fractions of 1.0 × 10 −5 and 1.5 × 10 −3. The measurements were performed using the gas saturation technique. The results were obtained with a reproducibility better than 5%.
