Abstract

Emotional intelligence as a phenomenon in recent decades is increasingly of interest to scientists in different countries, due to the significant impact of emotions on the success of human life. Emotions can be developed and there are objective preconditions for this development, both biological and socio-psychological. The article reveals the socio-psychological factors of emotional intelligence and their essence. The information provided in the article indicates that there are objective social preconditions for the development of emotional intelligence.
