The bibliography is divided into five parts. Part I lists general works discussing the role of social science research in public policy. Part II lists work which show the trends in the relationship of government and the social science community in the area of international and military affairs since the beginning of World War II. Parts III and IV list literature which suggests some analytic categories to be used in studying social science research and international and military policy.
