Abstract

The child constitutes an important element in ancient societies as is the case in our present time, because the marriage of a woman with a man does not flourish except through the process of bearing children whose survival depends on the care of both sexes for them, but the mother bears the greater part of the responsibility, especially from the beginning of her pregnancy until she gives birth. She puts him and nurses him from her breasts and makes sure that he is comfortable, and after he leaves her bosom, she and her husband teach him good habits and renounce bad habits, and even after he reaches the age of maturity, the mother remains keen on her son and fears for him from any harm that might happen to him
