The simulation study of the differences between CRISPR type I-E Cas and Type I-F Cas systems and the interaction between the guide RNA and DNA

Abstract

Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeat, CRISPR, Cas System has been known as the acquired immune system of prokaryotic organisms. CRISPR Cas system includes guide RNA, which has the complementary sequence of a part of the Virus’s DNA. It figures out a part of the DNA sequence of the infected Virus, and it cleaves the DNA and disposes of it. CRISPR Type I is the most populated type in prokaryotic organisms, and it has several subtypes, Type I-A, I-B, I-C, I-D, I-E, I-F, and so on.
