Abstract
A pneumonencephalographic technique is described for the diagnosis of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and localization of the precise site of leak. The procedure is a modification of routine pneumoencephalography with no additional discomfort to the patient. The advantages of this technique in comparison with others are discussed.
