Abstract

The research aims to study the shrine of the martyrs of a Maʿbar day in Jahrān District, Dhamār Governorate, which will be an important and distinctive addition to the studies of the antiquities of Yemen in the Islamic era, with what it contains of architectural and decorative elements, most notably planning, and stucco decorations, with what it contains of geometric, botanical and written decorations. In addition to two very important tombstones, which date the construction of the mausoleum, and the name of the builder. This study is the first for the mausoleum, and it included confirmed results about the date of construction and the name of the builder, and the names and titles of those buried in the mausoleum.
