Abstract

An apparatus for measurement of electron beam diffraction from the surface of a melted droplet is described. The basic features of the method are discussed. The main results for the binary melts are presented. An effective algorithm is proposed to determine the cylindrical distribution function of the atoms in the melt surface by diffraction experiment data.
