The research aims to identify and analyze the ethical and legal issues faced by facial recognition technology and to propose strategies for strengthening personal information protection. This paper integrates literature review, case studies, and international comparative analysis to provide support and recommendations for the practice and policy-making of personal information protection in the digital age.
