Abstract

Objectives This study was conducted in the sense of implicating the contents related to the athlete's right to exercise in terms of realizing sports welfare Methods To achieve the purpose of the study, a total of 32 people, including students, leaders, and parents registered with the Korea Sports Council's sports affiliates, participated in the study as of 2022. As a method for data analysis, in-depth interviews were adopted to combine structured and unstructured questions. Results First, in order to realize sports welfare (sports rights), policies to guarantee student athletes' right to exercise should be accompanied. Second, it was derived as an opinion on the guarantee of the right to exercise as a learning right of student athletes. Conclusions The above results are expected to help prepare a bridgehead and create a platform for presenting various research problems to be discussed in the future. In future studies, it is hoped that comprehensive research will be conducted through the collection and interpretation of many opinions through the setting of various research subjects and in-depth opinion collection as well as student athletes.
