Abstract
The activity of the secondary specialized school in the Russian Federation is directed toward fulfillment of the decisions of the Twenty-Fifth Congress of the CPSU, the targets of the Tenth Five-Year Plan [1976-1980], and the decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and USSR Council of Ministers On Measures for Further Improving the Administration of Secondary Specialized Education Institutions and on Improving the Quality of Training of Specialists with Secondary Specialized Education.
