Abstract

Abstract The First World War has been at the center of our analysis of the origins and evolution of the Myth of the War Experience. The Second World War was a different kind of war that would blur the distinction between the front line and the home front, which knew no trench warfare-so important in the evolution of the mythand where defeat and victory were destined to be unconditional.
