Abstract

Economic collaboration among socialist countries is a complex economic process. The problem of effectively controlling this process and of comprehensively utilizing the advantages of the international socialist division of labor by each country and by the commonwealth as a whole requires study of long-range trends in the development of economic interrelations and determination of the most important factors influencing the economic relations of socialist countries. At the present time, one such factor is the rapidly developing scientific-technical revolution, which to a large extent determines the scope, nature, and direction, and the forms and methods, of economic collaboration among socialist countries.
