Abstract

In order to enhance the magnetic drive system reliability under the condition of large gap and high speed, the large gap magnetic drive technology, which is driven by traveling wave magnetic field, is studied. By analyzing the motion state between the initiative magnetic pole (electromagnet) and the driven magnetic pole (permanent magnet), this paper determines the relationship between the switch method of electromagnet magnetic pole state and permanent magnet motion state. And three types of drive projects are brought forward. Based on the magnetic circuit basic principle, the system design project with strong driving ability is determined through magnetic analysis, and experiment on system spatial magnetic induction intensity.
