Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the uses of Saudi youth in the eastern province for social networking (snap chat) and its impact on their moral values. Questionnaire has been distributed among 400 respondents, ranging in age from 20 years old to 40 . The study has conclusive findings: 29.3% of the respondents spent 1-2 hours per day using snap chat, according to their view point the value of helping other is ranked as the top priority moral value issue that is supposed to be circulated by snap chat application. With a percentage approaching 74.8% , social issues are viewed as most crucial issues to share among Saudi youth 
 Via snap chat . The study identified numerous positive effects of snap chat use on strengthening social values. Prominent example here is the insistence of youth to check the content before sharing it with friends. On the other hand, there are some negative consequences on using snap chat, such as the inclination to practices that are religiously and morally forbidden. According to the study, there are statistically significant differences in the quantity and kind of Saudi youth who use snap chat application concerning moral values, based on age and academic qualification. The study emphasized the necessity of social censorship to control snap chat application's abuse. Furthermore, making restrictive laws and educate and aware the youth about the negative effect of such networking platform.
