Abstract
Patients with high-risk extremity and trunk wall soft tissue sarcoma (STS, i.e. high malignancy grade and size > 5cm) have a wide survival range depending on histologic subtype and size. The Sarculator is a freely online-available accurate prognostic nomogram for patients with STS that improves current prognostic staging. We tested this tool for stratifying incidence of distant metastasis (DM) and overall survival (OS) rates in patients with high-risk STS enrolled in a randomised controlled trial (RCT) investigating neoadjuvant/adjuvant chemotherapy.
