Abstract
Rarely does one find anyone these days courageous enough to confront head-on such problems as life, death, abortion, or euthanasia. The point of view of the author is that of a humane person, who happens to be a lawyer, rather than a strictly or even mainly legalistic approach to the innumerable problems which face man and society in the great complex maze of intertwining habits, motives, and practices which go to make up existence.
