Abstract

Risk evaluating and ranking model of notched blasting flyrock in the tall and big chimney blasting demolition project based on unascertained measure theory was built up. Considering the eleven factors of chimney blasting flyrock, the unascertained measure function of influenced factors was established according to the measured data and engineering experience. The model was separately analyzed in the qualitative and quantitative methods in view of many uncertain factors in the chimney blasting. The evaluation and analysis shows that: based on unascertained measure, the blasting flying rocks safety evaluation model used information entropy to determine the weights of evaluation index and determine the recognition criterion on the credible degree to quantify the influence degree of each factor on the harmful effects of blasting flyrock, so that the evaluation results would be more objective and provide a decision-making basis for the reasonable and effective control for harm effect on blasting flyrock.
