Abstract

The article criticizes neoclassical equilibrium theory, claiming that it is unable to explain crisis phenomena in the modern economy. The author also criticizes Russian government policy and suggests using Keynesian ideas as a theoretical basis for economic policy as well as switching attention from monetary issues to problems of the real sector of the economy.
