Abstract
Duodenal trauma is rare in children and its diagnosis and management often pose a challenge. In complex duodenal injuries, primary closure may not be feasible and complications are prone to occur in the post-operative period. Herein, we share our experience of such a case managed by an infrequently utilized technique, Roux-en-Y lateral duodenojejunostomy.
